The production of the masterclass necessitated a full television production setup. This directorial choice aims to establish a direct connection between Joe and his audience. Initially, viewers are introduced to the topic, and in the second part of the episode, they engage in remote discussions with distinguished guests such as Massimo Bottura, Oscar Farinetti, Tommaso Mazzanti, and many others.

We played a fundamental role in the visual construction of the video course, from the choice of location, to the direction, to the creation of the music and coordinated graphics, which were then declined in the contents of the social media.
